The Department for European Policies, in cooperation with the Office for studies, documentation, and training on administrative justice, is in charge of monitoring the most relevant and topical issues submitted to the Court of Justice of the European Union, and performing their related in-depth analyses.

To this end, quarterly surveys are carried out (itemised by subject matter) of both Italian and foreign references for preliminary rulings, which are already the subject of periodical coordination meetings, as well as in-depth studies on key orders.

The activity is aimed at devising a tool to enable legal practitioners and administrations to be constantly updated on the topics underlying litigation cases.
